In a challenging market with low inventory and high rates, I transformed FFCCU’s mortgage offering into a superhero story. “Captain Mortgage” became a bold, cinematic hero who guided first-time homebuyers through uncertainty, highlighting the credit union’s flexibility and member-focused approach. The campaign blended playful superhero imagery with clear, savings-driven messaging, making the mortgage process approachable, memorable, and trustworthy.
