A credit union client needed to communicate a major digital banking upgrade to members ages 18 to 75 without overwhelming them. I created a two phase campaign that used a quirky, slightly spooky concept to warn and prepare members before launch, then transitioned to a bright sci fi theme that showcased the new digital tools in an exciting and futuristic way. This storytelling approach kept the message clear while reducing frustration during a complex transition.
